Extreme fear of someone breaking in? What to do? - mount and blade guns

I am afraid that someone rises very bad in my house. Every night I wake up scared thinking someone at the door of my room. My house is old, and it is these cracks and POP creepy. I mounted MACE and a knife beside my bed and a gun at my head. I had brass knuckles, a sword and a 16inch blade on my wall

There is a barbed wire fence around my big house and all the doors there are at least 4 locks on each door.

Many weapons.

I am also bipolar and medical women. You'd think with all the weapons I would not be so scared in my house.

But at least I could not come to this great fear of being murdered in the night and robbed? Sometimes it makes me panic attacks

They seem to have much fear, worrying this.And to his dream. It gets worse. Do you think that these fears as irrational?

Here are some tips.

Stress and anxiety directly elsewhere. Lend a hand to a relative or a neighbor or volunteer in your community. To help others to take your opinion about your worries and fears.

Talk to someone. Your friends and family know how they can help.

Deep sleep:

To get a good night's sleep a priority. Block of seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep a whole night, and try to at the same time every day, including weekends.

Establishing a regular, relaxing routine before bedtime. Avoid stimulants such as coffee, chocolate and nicotine before bedtime, and no TV, use computers, or to pay bills before going to bed. Read a book, listen to soft music or meditate instead.

Make sure your bedroom is cool, dark and quiet. Use a fan to drown the noise of more, and make sure that your mattress and pillows comfortable.

Use your bedroom, a room without watching TV - or do some work - aND go to bed only when they are tired. If not asleep within 15 minutes, go into another room and relax a little.

Exercise. Regular exercise helps you sleep better, but are limited in the morning and afternoon drive.

Avoid watching the clock. This can cause anxiety in the middle of the night. Turn the clock away from you.

Tell your doctor if you have trouble sleeping. You may need a prescription or herbal remedies sleep.

You could also try to get an electric fence. I'm afraid, like you, except in the concern that the zombies coming to kill me. Another thing is that u do not have these weapons, should be in the house.
