You're not a TAN by visiting once. You have to repeatedly go to any change in skin color to get. So we've become addicted to many people. Use a sunscreen when and at the end of the summer you should see a light brown.
If you go once for 10 minutes, there will be no differance, you can not even say there is no "safe" tanning, form except with the spray and lotion.
