The problem is that we have a real estate agent who is dealing with these and more problems then it is worth. In this phase, tenants are now 4 months in arrears, will not pay for the water bill and still waiting deportation date of Sheriff's Department. To make numerous inquiries to the agency for new messages every 5 mentioned. It seems that we are the victims of this situation, we, as homeowners get going to lose them before dissolved his house in Maryland for PMT no mortgage on income. The amount owed exceeds the AMT for small claims court, as the tenant work and send their children to private schools. We thank F. Mason
