Your gallbladder is a storage of bile salts. Bile salts are important in the emulsification of fat. This is the breakdown of fat in a large ball smaller droplets, so that they are more easily degraded in the digestive system. The gallbladder releases bile salt, if necessary. If you have not reported on a gallbladder, which interfere in the rule then on the digestion, and could cause complications. I will double check with your doctor the side effects of the operation must be clearly explained in advance.
Hope this helps.

Check with the doctor who performed the surgery. May lead to further complications if not checked. It is not you something!
